This is the new bridge where they raised the bridge to go over "this little slough" that goes under the interstate... by mid summer this is barely a trickle.

right at the edge of the road........it feels like you are driving through an ocean.

And this morning it is raining...........
This is why I told Bob that I would only move to ND if we were no where near Fargo. I don't know how you all put up with it year after year....
